Masters Energy Group Holds Sales & Marketing Training

In a bid to boost business performance and equip sales team with new marketing techniques and skills, a One-day training on Sales and Marketing was held on Saturday, 13th August 2016 at the Lagos Airport Hotel, Ikeja.

The Sales and Marketing training, organized in conjunction with the Masters Energy Learning Academy (MELA) was facilitated by an in-house team, which took participants on various marketing and sales topics including “Branding as a Tool for Effective Marketing”, “Sales Terminologies”, “Digital Marketing”, “Marketing Planning”, “Professional Selling Skills”, “Selling the way your customers buys”, “Time Management”, and “Closing the Sales”.

The One-day training proved to be impactful and interactive as it highlighted innovative approaches and new marketing trends in marketing communication, as staffs who participated from the various units and subsidiary of Masters Energy Group including, Olive Micro-Finance Bank, Masters Liquified Gas, Masters Lubricant, Masters Commodities Trading Limited, Masters Retail, Modern Standard Insurance and Multi dimension Plc had the opportunity to express their challenges and learn new skills.
